Claudia Schiffer: Perfectly Fit Upper Body Workout
The story
Claudia Schiffer is serious about fitness. Together with her trainer, Kathy Kaehler, she's developed a series of safe and effective workout routines that keep her thighs, calves and buns in shape wihtout weights, and without time-consuming trips to the gym. What makes these exercises so effective is the way the brisk warm-up, muscle conditioning workout, and targeted cool-down all work together toward the same realistic goal: to safely trim outer and inner thighs and firm an tone the butt. Using simple ballet movements, plus a proven combination of lunges, squats and hamstring curls, the entire lower body is exercised with maximum efficiency. Kathy Kaehler is a recognised authority at developing safe, easy routines that bring steady results. A Reebok Training Fitness expert and co-author of the new book, Prime Time Bodies, Kathy has designed this flexible program to fit your lifestyle.
