Between the three of them, they have only one hope for salvation and one toy - a battered hare. But children remain children even in terrible times. They are amused by the hare's funny dance on the ruins of a house, they draw the world on the scorched remains of walls, they joyfully ride through the empty city on a broken bicycle. And the hare, walking along the path with the kids, notices something that children’s eyes should never see.
