By using the 24Talkies app or website, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use them.

What 24Talkies is

24Talkies helps you find Indian-language films in theatres and on streaming. We don't sell tickets and we don't stream films. When you book or watch, you go to the cinema or streaming service, and its own terms, prices and refund rules apply. We aren't part of that purchase.

Showtimes and film details

Showtimes, dates and where a film streams come from other sources and can change or be wrong. Always check with the cinema or service before you travel or pay. We aren't responsible for a show that moved, sold out or was cancelled.

Ratings and what you send us

• Ratings, reports and names you type must be honest and lawful. No fake ratings, spam or abuse.
• You let us use what you send to run 24Talkies, for example counting a rating in a film's 24T score.
• We may remove anything, or block a phone from sending more, if these rules are broken.
• Don't try to fake your location or check-in, or to copy, scrape or disrupt the service.

Trailers

Trailers play from YouTube. By watching them in 24Talkies you agree to YouTube's Terms of Service.

Whose content this is

Film posters, trailers, names and logos belong to their owners. They appear to help you find films, and that doesn't mean those companies endorse us. The 24Talkies name, design and scores belong to us.

The service as it is

24Talkies is free and offered as it is, without promises that it will always work or be accurate. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses from using it, such as a missed show or a ticket you bought. Nothing here limits rights the law says can't be limited.

Apple users

These terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple isn't responsible for the app or its support, and has no duty to maintain it. Apple and its subsidiaries may enforce these terms as a third party.
